Making a booking for a consultation or treatment means you are accepting the following terms and conditions displayed in this statement:

Please do not bring children or guests to your appointment as they are not covered under our insurance.
The Clinic has the right to reject treatments if we feel any previous treatments you have had are not suitable. The Consultation fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made by phone/email 48 hours prior to your appointment. Treatments are non-refundable once booked but if you are unable to attend your appointment we will be happy to reschedule it to an alternative date.
Olivia Rose Aesthetics reserves the right to retain the deposit for cancellations within less than 48 hours, no shows and lateness of more than 15 minutes. If a treatment is not purchased following the consultation the consultation is charged at a cost of £30.
All clients must be 18 years old or older.
If you or a member of your household had COVID-19 symptoms prior to your appointment, please inform us asap so we can reschedule your appointment. Treatments are non-refundable.
The information provided on your medical history and consent forms must be accurate. The clinic will not be liable if the information provided is incorrect.

Any personal details you knowingly provide us on the website via our forms and our email for example, name, address, telephone number etc.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure.
Your personal information will not be distributed to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
You are permitted to request personal information that we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation. This can be done by contacting us via email on the email address on the ‘Contact’ page.
To inform us of any changes to your personal information please email us as soon as possible and we will correct it immediately.

Client information remains trusted and is stored safely by your Aesthetic Practitioner and will be disclosed only at the request of the client.
The client will be able to put their full trust in Olivia Rose Aesthetics to maintain their confidentiality.
Confidential information will only be breached without consent in the following situations, as per case law: preventing harm to others and preventing or detecting a crime.
If we deem there has been a security breech we will inform you as soon as possible.
